Clessie (“Les”) F. Titus

President and Chief Executive Officer

Clessie F. Titus (“Les”) is an insurance claims executive with over 37 years of experience in personal and commercial property and casualty claims management. He recently managed a claims department with 110 claims employees, handling over 18,000 claims annually. Prior employers include Deep South (a QBE Company), Gulf/Travelers Insurance Company and Employers Casualty Company. Les is a graduate of Angelo State University with a degree in Business Administration and is currently a licensed adjuster in Texas for all lines. Les also holds a current Texas MGA license.

Jorge Lopez

Executive Vice President, Casualty

Born in the state of Morelia Mexico, Jorge Lopez emigrated to the U.S in 1986. He attended Texas Christian University where he studied nursing. Jorge enlisted and served honorably in the ARMY for nine years. Formerly employed by Deep South and Progressive Insurance Company, he is an expert in auto, tractor, motorcycle and RV estimation. He has almost 20 years of adjusting and claims management experience and is a highly skilled negotiator. Jorge is responsible for all financial payouts, reporting and implementing claims SOP’s, as well as assisting in the hiring and training of field resolution specialists.

Michael R. Trotter

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, CPA

Michael Trotter has over 28 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry directing key financial activities: including budgeting, treasury, accounting and operational activities for national Managing General Agencies and Property Casualty Insurers. He directed the audit and outsourcing activities for the public accounting firms of KPMG LLP and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Mr. Trotter is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and a member of the Texas Society of CPA’s. He received his BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University and is currently a licensed adjuster in Texas for all lines. Michael also holds a current Texas MGA License and Surplus Lines License.

Marshall Wilson

Executive Vice President, Property Damage

Marshall Wilson is a seasoned Property and Casualty Adjuster with an extensive and diverse property background. He possesses a particular familiarity with the Construction, Trucking, Oil and Gas industries. Marshall brings with him, over 24 years of experience in the fields of Auto Collision Services and Commercial Auto Insurance, along with almost 15 years of adjusting and claim management expertise. He has an Auto Collision and Management degree from TSTC, Waco and holds Property and Casualty certifications through Vale National. He is ICAR and ASE Master Certified, as well as being highly proficient in estamatic appraisals of Personal Auto, Heavy Equipment, Tractor Trailer, Motorcycle, RV and Marine. Marshall is a licensed adjuster in the State of Texas where he also holds a notary. He is the lead trainer for the field division and is responsible for educating new staff in the standardization and implementation of established company protocols. Marshall also oversees CAT team organization and deployment, as well as, working side by side in salvage operations with vendors such as IAA and COPART.
